This topic has been done MANY other times on other forums but I thought I would post it here! Havent you ever thought of a pokemon that would be awesome or that there were evolutions of your favorite pokemon? Or even 4th evolutions? Well here you can show off your ideas!

Description:A tall pokemon a little more attractive looking than Jynx. Her hair is down to her waist and her dress goes up and over her shoulders (she now has a neck). Her lips cover almost cover half of her face and look like theyre made of ice. Her eyes are the same as Jynx (white with a dot in the middle).
